How do I use Aerify Fly?
- Read the user guide and contraindications to make sure the product is suitable for its intended use.
- Use it on clothing or directly on the skin.
- Put the Aerify Fly on the roe, make sure it fits snugly and close the velcro fastener, press and hold the on/off button.
- Compression and heating are switched on by default. Press the M button to switch between 3 different compression modes – sequential, circular or whole.
- Press the Compression Level button to switch between 3 different compression levels – minimum (120 mmHg), average (180 mmHg), maximum (240 mmHg).
- Press the Temperature button to switch between 3 different heat levels: +45C, +50C or +55C, or to turn off the heating completely if this mode is not needed or it gets too warm.
- Press the on/off button to stop or switch off compression.

Aerify Fly is suitable for anyone who wants to relieve tired and swollen legs and recover faster after workouts.
Its small size makes it easy to use at home, on the go, in the office, at training camps, on competition days or even as a professional assistant in any physiotherapy or massage therapy practice.
Compression levels
Aerify FLY has 3 different levels of compression power.
Press the Compression Level button to switch between different compression levels – min (120 mmHg), med (180 mmHg), max (240 mmHg).
The choice of compression level is purely subjective and depends on various things, such as the girth of the roe, compression tolerance, muscle soreness, etc. Choose the compression level you feel most comfortable with. Compression should be firm but not painful.
The default time for all modes is 20 minutes, which is the recommended minimum use time. However, you can easily do 2 or more sessions if the compression massage is pleasant.
Heating function
The Aerify Fly also has an integrated heating element to help maximise the compression massage effect. Heat naturally increases circulation and can help the body’s natural healing processes.
Press the Temperature button to switch between 3 different heat levels: +45C, +50C or +55C or to switch off the heating completely if the heat mode is not needed or it gets too warm. The default temperature is set to +45C.
